Figma Make Point and Edit changing page

Is there any solution to this problem? I'm encountering the same issue right now.

I’m working in a Figma Make project with multiple linked pages. When I try to use Point and Edit to select a specific element, Figma automatically switches to a different linked page instead of staying on the page I’m editing.

Because of this, I’m unable to select or edit individual elements, the page changes immediately as soon as I click. This issue started right after updating Figma to the latest version earlier today.

My team and I are experiencing the same issue. Is there any update on when this will be resolved? The pointer and edit options in the dropdown elements need to be fixed. We’re also seeing issues with expand/collapse behavior, and in some cases, pop-ups close unexpectedly when we click on the point and edit option.

In the meantime, please submit a bug report through our Support Hub, or from within Figma by selecting the question mark icon in the bottom-right corner of any page and choosing Contact support, so the team can investigate further and assist you directly.

Please also share your impacted file with support-share@figma.com and grant “Can View” access. This will not impact your billing and will allow us to reproduce the issue and investigate with Engineering.

This is a regression in the latest Figma update affecting Make projects with linked pages. Point and Edit is incorrectly resolving focus to linked pages instead of the active one. There is no local fix right now. The only workaround is to avoid Point and Edit and select elements directly from the Layers panel until Engineering ships a fix. Reporting the file to Figma Support helps them reproduce it faster.
