Hey there! Celine from the Community Support team at Figma here, thanks for flagging this. This may related to a network connectivity issue affecting Figma Make previews. It can happen when a security proxy, firewall, or DNS setting blocks the connection to Figma Make's preview domains.
Please check your network settings here: Adjust your network settings. If you're on a work network, trying on a different network (e.g. personal hotspot) can also help confirm whether this is network-related.
