Figma Make Error: “Something went wrong” – I can’t create any prompt.

I cannot create any prompt because Figma Make constantly shows the error message: “Something went wrong.”
I’ve tried refreshing the page multiple times and using simpler prompts, but the error still appears.
This issue happens across all of my Figma files, not just one.

What should I do now? My project deadline is coming very soon, so please help me as soon as possible.

Thank you so much for your support.

Hi @An Nguyen

I understand you’re seeing the “Something went wrong” error in Figma Make and can’t create any prompts.
Let’s do some troubleshooting together!

  • You may have already tried this, but please wait a short moment and then try your prompt again.
  • Since you mentioned this is happening across all of your Figma Make files, please also try duplicating one of the affected files and attempting the prompt again in the copy.

If the issue continues after trying the steps above:

Since you're in a hurry, I’d recommend submitting a bug report through “Contact support” via the (?) icon in your Figma Make file.

The chatbot will walk you through opening a report with our team, so they can take a closer look and you’ll be able to talk with them directly.

Here’s a guide you can refer to: What to share in a bug report to Figma Support

Alternatively, you can share a screenshot or short video here, along with what you were trying to do when the error occurred.

Also, since it looks like you have access to multiple teams, please confirm which team you’re seeing this error under.

This will help us understand the situation and figure out the best next steps.

Thanks,
