Since yesterday, Figma Make has suddenly stopped working.
It had been working perfectly before that.

The problem is that after entering a prompt, it gets stuck at the “thinking” stage and then stops without any feedback or progress.

One strange symptom is that when I enter a new prompt, the previous one reappears together with the new one — both start “thinking” again and then freeze. This keeps repeating.

I’ve already tried every possible fix: version rollback, file duplication, using a different browser, etc., but nothing has solved it.

Is anyone else having the same promlem?

Hi @jwjjong

I understand that you’re seeing multiple chat messages stuck on “Thinking...”, and that it never completes — no code or preview is being updated.

I noticed that you’ve already contacted our Support team about this (thank you!), and they’re currently looking into it(#1573332).

They’ll get back to you as soon as they have an update, so we really appreciate your patience in the meantime.

In the meantime, I know you’ve already tried several troubleshooting steps, but just in case you haven’t yet, please try clicking “Refresh preview” and then refreshing the page to see if there are any changes. - Troubleshoot in Figma Make

Hi. @Junko3

Thank you for taking the time to look into my post.
I’ve already tried refresh option, but unfortunately it didn’t work.
I was curious if others are experiencing the same issue, so I shared it on the forum.
I’m very satisfied with Make so far, so I’ll wait patiently for the Support team to resolve it.😂

Thanks for your help!

Best regards,
jwjjong

@Junko3

I just checked — the request ID I got after clicking the refresh button is eeb6289a-7127-4200-8000-000000000000.
I think the issue might have been caused by me violating the guidelines.
It was working fine until yesterday, but now it doesn’t show up anymore.

To be honest, I did use some inappropriate words because the process wasn’t working properly.
Could that be the reason?
