Olá, equipe do Figma!

Hey @thematpro0095, thank you so much for reaching out!

Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer support in Portuguese, so I’ll continue in English. I’m checking internally with the team to understand what might happened here.

Just to clarify, we’re not able to manually reset AI credits, and at the moment there’s no way to purchase additional ones. Upgrading to a paid plan is the only option to receive additional credits. That said, I’ll update you as soon as I hear back from the team about what might have triggered this issue.

Thank you for your patience in the meantime!

Hey @thematpro0095, following up on this. I’m really sorry we are not able to pinpoint exactly what caused the AI credits to appear consumed in your case.

While I don’t have a way to manually reset or restore credits, I wanted to share an update that may at least help going forward. You now have greater visibility into AI credit usage, including:

  • Viewing your current credit balance

  • Seeing when your credits will reset

  • Understanding how many credits each AI action consumes (for most AI features)

You can find this information directly in the Billing dashboard, which should make it easier to track usage.

For more details, you can also take a look at:

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any further questions!

I also have a starter plan and was working on a project yesterday that used up my daily limit (150 credits).  I was hoping to work on it today, but I get the same message that I’m out of credits when I open the file.  I checked my balance and it shows that I still have 268 credits left and that I’ve used 0 of my 150 daily credits.

I cleared my cache, deleted cookies and tried using a different browser - none of this fixed the issue.

Any suggestions?
