I understand you're experiencing an issue where Figma Make generates code, but the preview window remains blank, even with pre-set prompts.
To help us troubleshoot this, could you please confirm a few things for us?
Can you try clicking the 'Refresh preview' button in the top left of the Preview window, and then check if this loads?
Does this happen in the Figma desktop app or in a supported browser? If it's happening in one, could you please try the other (e.g., if you're using the app, try the browser version, and vice versa)?
If it still doesn't work, can you try connecting via a different network, such as a mobile hotspot, and then refresh the file to see if the preview loads?
Please let us know how these steps go. If the issue persists, we'll connect you with our team to take a closer look.
I’ve now tried on 2 different networks, via the desktop app and via the web browser, and still seeing the same issue where nothing is displayed in the preview sadly.
Thanks for trying those steps and for the update. I understand the issue is still persisting across different networks, the desktop app, and the web browser, even after refreshing.
In the form, please share the URL of the file where you're seeing this issue and grant edit access to support-share@figma.com. (Please rest assured that granting this access will not impact your billing.)
This access will help us reproduce and investigate the problem more effectively.
