Figma keeps constantly reloading

I have the same both on my PC and Mac apps and browser, it refreshes every time I move between the main view sections (drafts, projects and starred projects etc). I wonder is it related to our profiles as my coworker does not have the same?

Same here, I am using Figma Create (AI) {Borwser and Desktop APP}, and while browsing through the pages the AI has created, it realoads everything in random intervals from 1 min to 5 min. After around 10 (+/- 5) reloads, it finally comes to an end and stays. 
But it makes checking and debugging very difficult.

It would be amazing to have a “pause” button that stops the screen from reloading

Hey ​@Marc Pedri - just to make, can you give me some info? Since this is an older topic, I’m trying to see if this is a related issue, or something different.

You’re seeing this in a Figma Make file, correct? Does it keep doing these reloads in any Make file you use, or is it just one specific one?
If it’s just one specific file, can you try duplicating it and seeing if this still continues to do the reload cycle?

If you can capture a screen recording, or even share the file you see this on with us, that would be helpful.

Hi! I’m experiencing a persistent issue in Chrome when using Figma in the browser (Maker).

Everything worked fine about a week ago, but now Figma keeps reloading constantly. When I’m on the main page or navigate to another page/file, the app reloads and sends me back to the main page. This makes it very difficult to work.

I checked the browser console logs, and it looks like there may be a Vite connection issue. I can see repeated errors such as:

• [vite] server connection lost. Polling for restart…

• CORS errors when loading images from gravatar.com

• Failed network requests (net::ERR_FAILED)

• Repeated reconnect attempts in the multiplayer session (wss://www.figma.com/api/multiplayer/...)

yes, figma make
it reloads on any file
a screen recording does not reveal anything, as it just simply reloads

the best experience is to use the “inspect” in Chrome, navigate through the code, and suddenly it reloads

it reloads at different time intervals
there is no consistent trigger event when it reloads
the console shows no errors when it reloads (in my case)

the more edits I made, the higher the frequency of reloading

it does stop the next day when I open it and just look at it

as soon as I made an edit, it reloads and between 30sec - 45sec later it reloads again and again and again ...
