Hi @chhavi arya

It sounds like you’re running into an issue while working in your Figma Make file, is that correct?

If you’re seeing any error messages, could you please check the guide below to see if there’s a matching message and recommended troubleshooting steps? Troubleshoot in Figma Make

If you’re not seeing an error message, or if you’ve already tried the suggested steps without success, please try the following:

  1. Click Refresh preview at the top of the preview to see if any changes

  2. If that doesn’t help, refresh the page and try prompting again.

  3. If the issue persists, duplicate the Figma Make file and try prompting in the copied file.

If you’re still unable to get back to your work after trying the steps above, the best next step is to submit a bug report via Contact support from the (?) icon in the bottom-right corner of your Figma Make file. The chatbot will guide you through opening a report so our team can investigate and assist you directly.

Just so you know, the (?) icon is available in the bottom-right corner of any page, so if you experience an issue outside of Figma Make, you can still use Contact support from there.

You can also refer to this guide for what to include in your report: What to share in a bug report to Figma Support

Thanks,

Thanks for letting us know. It sounds like you needed to revert to a previous version in order to continue working on your project in Figma Make.

If you continue to run into this issue with your Make file, please feel free to submit a bug report so our team can take a closer look!
