So why did Nghiêm have to go to this extent to get something done? Your AI idiot can’t handle these things.  Other SaaS providers will refund and or at least pro-rate a refund amount based on the cancel date, that is automatic, that happens with MANY vendors. And this is not some great big technical hurdle, is a clear decision to make this as hard as possible. Figma isn’t going to last long if they don't make their customers happy, “Industry Standards” can change and these days, pretty fast!!

yes absolutely crap this figma make ,is not worth , i have been trying to work on a project its half way and it got stopped responding ,its been a week and ,it never got back to the prompt throwing error saying something went wrong ,and the app is broken i paid big money and got struck with the project ,paying salaries to employees for nothing and these figma guys generates invoices and take money ,no response no phone numbers .anyone who want to use this figma forget about it ,it was alright and fast while free now they charge money and does not work crap

Hi ​@Eric Frazier. The specifics of refunds on individual accounts is pretty nuanced, so I can’t really give a one-size-fits-all answer since it depends on the unique situation of a given account. That said, I can definitely understand why it’s frustrating - particularly because billing is a sensitive topic for many people and a quick response goes a long way toward resolving that. @sham sundar, I’m sorry to hear that you’re having some issues with Figma Make - it can be difficult to diagnose an issue when the error is pretty nondescript like that, although you can actually prompt Make to figure out what the cause is and attempt to fix it.
