Figma has been failing to save changes more and more often

I’ve been seeing Figma fail to automatically save changes. It’s happened about 5 times but I have conclusive proof: after taking screen shots yesterday and when I turned my computer on today the changes I made were gone.

What could be causing this and is there any way I can save manually?
