Figma Grids + can't insert or reorder Rows and Columns

Using the new GRIDS feature:

Does anyone know how you can:

• Insert a ROW or COL in the middle of a GRID?
• Or if you can reorder the ROWs or COLS? 

I can’t see a way of doing this, Am I missing how to do this?  or is it a gap in the functionality? 

To be clear I and others are using grids to create tables, and reordering rows and columns is an obvious need.
