FIGMA FIX YOUR FUCKING APP

Mate I cannot even get onto the app I am just stuck at the home page loading. I opened the app on my friends laptop logged in and everything. 

 

I tried resetting my cache which i saw the internet, to then realise there is no cache option on mac. Great.

Updated the version of figma

Reset my laptop

Updated my laptop

 

and still i am stuck at this page guys please get your devs to do something for this ridiculously slow app. Don’t let this be the reason I switch.

 

This is such incompetence fix your fucking app

Hi ​@Ryan Hajji, sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue with your home page not loading, we know how frustrating this can be. 

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help: 

  • Clear the Figma desktop app cache: You can follow the directions here on how to clear the Figma desktop app cache, which explains how to clear the cache on a Mac through the Help menu under Troubleshoot or manually. After clearing the cache, restart the Figma Desktop app and try loading Figma again.
  • Force-quit and restart Figma: 
    • Desktop app: Force-quit the Desktop app and restart it
    • Browser: Force-quit and open Figma in a new window

If the issue continues: 

  • Try connecting via a different network such as a mobile hotspot and see if the home page loads.

  • Let us know whether the issue appears in the Desktop app, the browser, or both. If you are using the browser, do you see the same behavior in a supported browser (Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)?
