Figma files going blank

We have a critical ask for Figma's technical support to identify and resolve why there is content loss happening in several files. As we're working on marketing assets, layout content appears to be disappearing as if they were scrubbed from the file entirely. 
Over the last two days, we've been able to revert to previous versions but as we create more content, our work simply vanishes.

I checked in on this, and our engineering team resolved an issue earlier today that may line up with what you’re seeing. When you have a moment, could you try refreshing the affected file(s) and confirm if everything loads as expected?

Next steps:

  • Troubleshooting. If content is still vanishing after a refresh, any additional detail you can share on what leads up to the loss — the type of file, the layer(s) involved, or the action being taken when things disappear — will help us narrow this down further and escalate appropriately.
