Figma file disappeared and is not in Deleted files

Hello Figma Support,

I need help recovering a Figma file that appears to have disappeared completely from my account/workspace.

The file was previously available at this link:

The file is no longer visible in my projects, drafts, or recent files, and most importantly, it is not present in Deleted files / Trash, so I have no way to restore it myself.

This file contained important project work, and as far as I know, it was not intentionally permanently deleted.

Could you please check whether the file still exists on Figma's side, including any server-side backups, version history, deleted-file records, or workspace activity, and help me restore it if possible?

Please also let me know what happened to the file and whether it was deleted, moved, transferred to another workspace, or became inaccessible for another reason.
