Figma Education Verification Rejected – No School Email and Verification Limit Exceeded

Hello Figma Community Support Team,

I am a currently enrolled college student in the Philippines seeking assistance with my Figma Education verification.

I have made several attempts to verify my student status through SheerID. Unfortunately, my applications were rejected despite submitting my valid School ID and Certificate of Enrollment (COE).

My university does not provide me with a school-issued email address, so I am using my personal Gmail account.

After attempting verification again, I encountered the error “Verification Limit Exceeded,” preventing me from completing the process.

I have already contacted SheerID Support and received automated acknowledgments, but I have not yet received a response from a support representative explaining the rejection or resolving my issue.

I would sincerely appreciate assistance with the following:

1. Clarification on how students without school-issued email addresses can qualify for Figma Education.
2. Guidance on obtaining a manual review of my submitted documents.
3. Assistance in getting my verification limit reset through SheerID.
4. Help escalating my unresolved verification issue to the appropriate team.

I am using Figma for my academic projects, including UI/UX design and system development.
