I’ve been having trouble getting my Figma account back to an Education account, even though SheerID confirmed that I re-verified my account on September 11 (Verification ID: 68c1ab53f897ce280a8b5dff), which was before the September 29 deadline. SheerID mentioned that since the verification on their side was approved, the issue now lies specifically with the offer redemption process on Figma's side.
I’ve sent education@figma.com several emails since about my issue, but I never received a reply. I’d really appreciate any help to be able to re-access Figma Education for my student work! Thank you in advance.
