Figma Education Verification Failing

Question

Hi there, I’m a high school student who has been developing and designing software for almost 6 years now.

Here is the issue, I have tried to register for the education plan with my xxxxxxxxxx@csspo.ca school email address, the domain is supposed to be something like csspo.gouv.qc.ca or smth like that but for some reason this year “csspo.ca” is the domain the school has given us (which doesn’t get recognized as a valid education domain name).

I have used Figma Education in the past and honestly it has been a hastle since the recent changes to the verification system.

I have emailed Figma’s support team several times now with no reply, and I really hope to get help this time.

Hi Lunili, thanks for reaching out in the Figma Forum. Since csspo.ca is your current school-issued domain but isn’t being recognized, please ask a teacher or school administrator to submit it through our K–12 Domain Request form. Our Education team can then review the school and domain for eligibility. Thank you!
