Figma Education Plan Not Working

Hi Figma team,

I'm trying to get my Student account back from Figma. I am a student, and I reached out to SheerID, and this is what they said: 
Looking at our records, I found that the verification request submitted from your email, did not go through successfully due to the 'person limit applied' error. This error occurs when you've submitted another request after being verified or when you've reached the maximum number of approvals set by Figma per customer, that is 1 in 355 days only regardless of the email address used. 
 
Upon checking, I see that your request has been verified already on 09/24/2025. Given that you were already approved, I can assure you that there are no issues with your verified request. 
 
Since you've been advised to go through the verification process, and to check the status of your account please understand SheerID scope of support is only for verification and it's limited to reviewing the legitimacy of the documents sent to us, uploading them, and approving verification requests.
 
I suggest contacting Figma so you can have one of their representatives walk you through it. 

I emailed education@figma.com and I still haven’t received a response, so the support center said to put a post here.
