Figma education plan expired

Hello,

My Figma Education plan expired and I’ve been unable to re-verify my student status since September 2025.
I’m currently an active college student enrolled in a graduate microprogram (Education) at a French-language CEGEP in Québec, Canada.
Please find attached my valid student ID as proof of enrollment.

Could you please review my case and restore access to my Education plan?
My Figma account is registered under this email address.

Figma partners with SheerID to verify all student and educator applications. Since you’re in higher education, please apply directly at figma.com/education/apply with your school-issued email address. Be sure to select Higher ed as your institution type and complete the SheerID verification process.

As a reminder, access is granted for one year, and if you’re still a student afterward, you can reapply to renew it. You can find more details in our guide: Figma for Education.

SheerID will reach out within a few days to confirm your eligibility. If your application is denied, you can submit an appeal directly with SheerID by providing additional documentation. They’ll review it and let you know if your status can be approved.
Please note that Figma isn’t able to review documents or confirm individual eligibility.

I’m having something similar. My Figma Education plan also expired recently, and I can’t seem to re-verify my student status either. I’m currently enrolled in a graduate program too, and I’ve submitted my student ID, but still no luck getting access restored.

Has anyone actually managed to get the Education plan back after re verifying? Just wondering if there’s a trick I’m missing.
