Figma education plan automatically changed to pro plan

Hi, I recently created an EDU plan using my school email and successfully verified it. After that, I created an EDU team called ‘jierui edu’. However, today I noticed that my edu team was automatically changed to a Pro team that expire in 3 days, and I can’t switch it back or create another edu team. How can I resolve this?

    Hey ​@jierui.chen - sorry for any confusion with this. I’m not sure why your plan would suddenly convert to a standard pro one after applying your education benefits (with an expiration date) to your mentioned team. I’ve seen, in some instances, that this kind of issue come up when team ownership is involved. 

    I did some searching, and it looks like you have an ongoing conversation about this going on in a support ticket you created. Please continue to discuss this via that ticket to make sure this is addressed as quickly as possible.
