Hi, 

I’m having trouble activating the Figma Education plan. I have tried many time to verify my account and contacted SheerID and don’t have any success. I get the following errors:

From Figma:
Attempting to verify shows “Verification Limit Exceeded.”

I also emailed the Figma education team education@figma.com, but still have not received a response

From SheerID:
“We were unable to process your verification request. While we can't offer further details or support for this specific inquiry, please ensure all information submitted is accurate and meets the eligibility criteria for future attempts. Your ticket has now been permanently closed.”

Hey ​@Joana Rainha, sorry to hear you’ve been going back and forth between SheerID and Figma without getting a clear resolution.

From what you described, it does sound like your account may be hitting the “Verification Limit Exceeded” state. When that happens, the verification attempts are handled entirely by our partner SheerID, which is why they’re usually the only team that can reset or clear that lock. Unfortunately, Figma isn’t able to manually review documents or override eligibility directly on our side.

That said, since you’ve already contacted SheerID and their ticket was closed without resolving the issue, the Education team would be the right group to look into this further.

You mentioned emailing education@figma.com, but I wasn’t able to locate a support ticket tied to your message. Could you share your support ticket number with me? I’d be happy to help flag it internally with the Education team so they can take another look.
