I’m writing to ask for help with my Figma education account. I verified my account on November 23, 2025, and Sheer ID said it was verified. But I can’t access the professional features even though I got a confirmation email from Figma support.
The Figma app says my education status is expired and I need to re-verify. But whenever I try to re-verify, I get an error message saying I’ve already reached the verification limit.
I’ve talked to Sheer ID support a bunch of times, and they always say my account is verified, but the app keeps saying I need to re-verify. They also say the verification limit is exceeded.
I really need this account for my university project. Can you help me fix this?
