Unfortunately, we’re not able to assist with the verification process directly here on the public forum.

I noticed that you’ve also submitted a request to figma@education.com about this. Please wait for our Education Support team to reply to your ticket via email — they’ll continue assisting you directly there.

In the meantime, if your application was denied, please double-check the information you provided for accuracy, as shown in the message from the screenshot you shared.
You can also submit an appeal directly to SheerID by providing additional documentation via this secure form: Contact SheerID support team 

SheerID will review your appeal and notify you if your eligibility can be approved.
