Figma Education Account does not support ai features

I’m on an Education plan, team admin, but my seat is locked and I can’t assign a Full seat. I need Full seat access to publish a team library for Figma Make.

Most AI features and settings will not be enabled for users who are a part of an Education plan.

  • Figma Make is available for higher education or bootcamp Education users., but it is not available to K-12 users.

Hello Figma Support Team,

I hope you’re doing well.

I am currently subscribed to the Educator plan on Figma using my academic email ([redacted by moderator to remove personal information]). As far as I understand, the Educator plan should include access to Figma AI features.

However, I’m unable to access or use any of the AI features on my account. It appears that Figma AI is not enabled for me, even though I believe it should be included in my plan.

Could you please check my account and let me know why Figma AI is not activated? I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

If you need any additional information from my side, please let me know.

For details on how Figma AI works with the Figma for Education plan, I recommend checking the update shared by ​@djv in this thread.
