Hi everyone,

I'm a teacher (graphic design) and I've been trying to activate the Figma Education Plan for several weeks, without success.

Here's my situation:
- My SheerID verification was approved, but when I try to access figma.com/education/apply, I get a "Verification Limit Exceeded" error
- My account still shows standard paid plans (Starter, Professional, Organization) instead of the Education plan
- I have already contacted both SheerID support and Figma support, but the issue remains unresolved

Has anyone experienced the same issue and found a way to fix it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi ​@AnthonyECV , thanks for reaching out! I understand that your SheerID verification was approved, but you're still seeing a "Verification Limit Exceeded" error when applying for the Figma Education plan.

I confirm that education verifications are managed directly by our verification partner, SheerID, as they handle the verification process and have access to the tools needed to review and reset verification attempts.

Just to confirm, have you already contacted figmasupport@sheerid.com specifically? This is the dedicated SheerID support team for Figma Education verification issues, and they'll be best equipped to investigate the verification limit error and reset your verification attempts if needed.

If you've already reached out to them, please let us know. (I’d recommend then to cc education@figma.com so our team is aware of it). Otherwise, I'd recommend contacting them directly and sharing the details you've included here.
