Hey @fauzan satria,  thanks for reaching out!

Happy to help point your friend in the right direction. Here's what's usually behind a stuck verification, so hopefully one of these gets her unblocked:

  • If she's applying as a higher education student or educator, that verification is handled entirely by a third-party partner called SheerID rather than by us directly, so a few common snags come from there: using a personal email instead of her school-issued one, or the domain not matching her institution.
  • If she's seeing a "Verification Limit Exceeded" message, she'll need to reach out to SheerID's Figma support team directly to get that reset, we're not able to reset it on our side.
  • If her application was rejected, she can appeal directly with SheerID by providing clearer proof of enrollment (full name, school name, and current term dates).
  • If she's a high school student/educator or in a bootcamp, the process is different. High schoolers apply directly with a school email, while bootcamp students are verified by their program admin rather than self-verifying.

All of this is laid out in our Figma for Education article if she wants to work through it herself.

If you can let me know what type of institution she's applying under (high school, higher education, or bootcamp), or have her jump into this thread directly, we can help narrow this down further.
