figma developers api

So i was giving a project to create an app that views figma files, i did so, placed the app in figma developers portal where i got an id and secret code, i did everything and tried integrating figma api into my backend, ran everything, i got linked to figma successfully, got the token, but when i try to access my projects or files i get an error 403, invalid token, but it was successfully linked too
