Figma [+ Create] button issues on surface pro

I tried to create a new design file, when I hover the [+Create] Button, the list below (that includes Design, FigJam and Slide choices) keep reappear and disappear, so I could create any new file.

This issues only happed in my surface pro, but not on my normal laptop, so if anything, hope you guy can fix this issues
