I have subscribed to 3 Dev Seats only however it has been changed to Full seat on the next billing. Is there a way to downgrade it without having additional charges?

Figma Automatically upgraded seats and charged the Full seat. Can I downgrade it without additional charge?

When making seat changes outside of your renewal period, adding a Dev seat creates a new seat rather than converting your existing Full seat.
To help get this sorted, I’ve gone ahead and submitted a support ticket on your behalf. Your ticket number is #1388156, for reference, and a member of our support team will be reaching out to assist you further.
If you have any unused seats, you’ll have the option to remove the from your account 30 days prior to your renewal, and a banner will appear in your account as a reminder when that window opens.
I also recommend having an admin set up email notifications to receive an alert when a seat is upgraded.
To see who is currently on a full (paid seat) and perform this downgrade:
- Select the Admin console below your team name on the left side of the file browser
- Navigate to the People tab of your team page
- Set the Design seat and FigJam seat filters to "Full" to display all billed users
- Downgrade any Full seat to Viewer to remove that user from billing
