When I open the Figma app on my desktop, the sidebar menu doesn’t load. I’ve tried restarting and reinstalling the app and have had no luck. I can’t access any of my files except drafts.

Any ideas what I could do?

I cleared the cache and it solved the problem. Hope this helps!

@Novikov Vlad , thanks for flagging this! Just to better understand what’s going on, are you seeing the same issue when using Figma in your browser?

Also, have you had a chance to try resetting the Figma app and restarting it to see if that helps? And are you still able to access your files through the browser?

If you're comfortable sharing a quick screen recording of what you're seeing, that could really help us pinpoint the issue faster.
