Figma API Webhook LIBRARY_PUBLISH problem

when I use the LIBRARY_PUBLISH webhook, the description returned by the API is not always correct.

Sometimes it corresponds to the previous version.
Has anyone else encountered this issue?
It seems like the problem is coming directly from Figma.
