Figma always crash when I comment something

To help us figure out what's going on, could you let us know:

• Is this happening only in the Figma Desktop app, or in the browser, or both?

Let's try a few quick things to see if they help:

• Close any Figma tabs you're not currently working in.
  • If you're using the browser: Force-quit your browser and then open Figma again in a fresh window.
  • If you're using the desktop app: Force-quit the Figma Desktop app and then restart it.

If you're still having trouble in the Desktop app after doing that, could you please try these steps?

1. Completely uninstall the Figma app from your computer.
2. Reinstall it using one of the download links under “Desktop app” on this page: https://www.figma.com/downloads/

If the issue is still there, please submit a support ticket through this form so we can take a closer look.

When you submit the ticket, please make sure to include:

• The email address for your Figma account
• A video recording of the issue (showing the full Figma screen) along with clear, step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue.
• If the issue only happens in a specific file, please send the file link.
