Hi @Temitope,

I understand you're having trouble accessing the AI tool and creating projects.

I checked on our end and saw that you’ve already submitted a support ticket about this (#1645191 — thank you!).

To help our specialists investigate, could you share more details about which AI features or tools you’re unable to access?
It would also be extremely helpful if you could reply to your ticket email with a screen recording showing what you see when the AI tools aren’t available. This will help our team understand the issue more clearly and assist you effectively.

Here are some helpful resources:

Are you also experiencing issues creating a project within your Professional team?
If so, please check this guide: Create a new project, it includes step-by-step instructions on how to create a project in a team where you have edit access.

If you’re having issues creating a project, please record a quick video and share it in your reply to the ticket email.

Note: For your privacy, we’ve removed the screenshot you shared earlier (the one showing your Billing tab).

Thanks,
