I've been using the AI design tool for quite a while, but when I logged in this morning to start a new project, I noticed it was gone. Can anyone assist me in finding it or restoring it? I had an amazing app design idea that I’m now unable to work on since the AI tools seem to have disappeared.

To get started with troubleshooting, could you please check a few things? 

1. Is the file where you don’t see the AI functionality located in the “Drafts to move” section?

If so, this is expected behavior. Try moving the file to your team’s Draft space to see if the AI features become available. For more details please refer to aMove a file out of ‘Drafts to move’] section of Updates to how drafts work

2. Can you see the AI features in other files within your team?

 

If your file is not in the "Drafts to move" section and you can see the AI features in other files within the same team, I recommend reaching out to our support team for further assistance using this form. 

When you submit your request, please include the following information:

  • Your Figma account email address
  • The URL of the file where you can see the AI features
  • The URL of the file where you cannot see the AI features
