Figma Admin Process

 

The upgrade requests are not always displayed in recenct order and I can no longer tell if someone nudged a request. Before, a nudged request would be highlighted in a pale yellow. I havent seen that with the new UI yet.

    Hi ​@Sydney Boschert, Thanks for reaching out about this.

     

    I completely understand your confusion. I just checked in our test environment, and I can see the seat requests in chronological order.

    Could you please double-check your Admin using the steps below?

    1. Goto File browser > Admin > Dashboard
    2. Click the [View All] button on the right in the "Seat requests" section.

    From there, you should be able to view all seat requests along with the name, seat type, and requested date, which can be sorted in ascending or descending order.

     

    Regarding the highlighted section in pale yellow, are you experiencing requests from users who have sent a reminder that are not highlighted and do not appear in the Reminders tab?

     

    We would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know if you notice any differences compares to this guide: Approve or decline seat upgrade requests, or areas for improvement compared to what you're currently seeing. Alternatively, if your feedback pertains to a different screen, providing us with screenshots would be very helpful.
