I really need help. My original Figma account was hacked, and someone changed the registered email address without my permission. I can no longer log in or receive any password reset emails.
This account contains more than 5–6 years of all my design work, projects, and everything I’ve built as a designer. These files are extremely important to me.
I still own and control the original email address that was used to register the account. I also accidentally created a new empty Figma account later, but I have already changed its email to free up my original email.
I have sent emails to Figma support and submitted a ticket, but I haven’t received a reply yet. I’m not a paid user, but these files are irreplaceable to my career and life.
Has anyone else experienced this? Can someone from Figma Support please help me recover my account and restore my original email? I can provide any proof to verify that I am the rightful owner.
