I’ve already checked other similar topics across the community forum which are “solved”, but this issue is far from being solved. As you can see from my attachment, the image has been properly set as thumbnail (16:9 ratio, 1600*960px) in FigJam, but it does not fit the cover. Am I doing som’ wrong or you need more investigating this matter? Thx
16:9 ratio is 1600 x 900 pixels, not 1600 x 960 pixels

Well, you can use 960px height, but in this case the width should be 1707px
