I have a full seat with AI and Make access. I can use Figma Make and AI in Figma designer, but once I try to use AI to generate a template in FigJam, it always tells me “Looks like you’re offline - to use FigJam AI, you’ll need to reconnect.”
This isn’t a connection issue. I’m online, and it works everywhere else but FigJam. Only in FigJam do I get an error saying I’m offline and can’t use the AI.
Has anyone else run into this or have a solution? AI basically feels busted in only FigJam.
