This error usually appears when a network proxy or other network security app block some level of access. To resolve it, we recommend reaching out to your IT team or network administrator to make sure Figma.com is added to any 'safe lists' and unblock Port 443 and enable WASM as needed.

If everything looks good on the network side but the issue continues, try the following:

Restart the Figma desktop app or your browser

Try a different supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)

Restart your computer and router or modem, and check if this clears the issue
