Fail to load preview using figma make

Let’s try a few troubleshooting steps to see if this resolves the issue:

• Open the file in a different browser

• Switch to full-screen preview and check whether it loads

• Click Refresh preview at the top of the preview area to force a full reload

• Create a copy of the file and see if the preview loads there

Please give these a try and let me know how it goes!

In the meantime, I can see that you’ve already contacted our support team. I’ve gone ahead and escalated your case internally, and they’re just waiting on your reply to continue looking into this.

This issue has been persisting for the past 3-4 days. Initially, I was able to publish and view the changes, but now I can no longer see the preview, it appears completely blank.

For your information, I have already tried all the solutions you mentioned.

In Activity Monitor, force quit the Figma Agent and then reopen Figma. This should resolve the issue.

My colleague just told me about this, and it worked for me. Sharing it here in case anyone else needs it in the future.

I take my words back. It works, but you’ve to do it again and again. Please help.

We’ve just pushed an update that should address this. When you get a chance, please refresh your Make file and let me know if you’re still seeing any issues.
