I need your help to resolve an issue with Figma Slides export. I created a presentation and spent considerable time on it. When I exported to PPTX, the file came out with major errors: colors shifted, frame properties changed, and some elements displayed incorrectly. I also tried exporting to PDF, but the same rendering issues appeared.

Because of this, I was very disappointed and now I will have to rebuild the entire presentation outside of Figma Slides. Please clarify if there are fixes in progress or recommended workarounds to avoid such export problems.

Currently, there are some known limitations for both formats. Please review the following guides to check whether your file might be affected by these limitations:

 

If none of these apply to your slide deck, or if you’re not sure, I recommend submitting a support request through this secure form: Submit a request 
In the form, please include:

  • The URL of the file where you’re seeing the issue and grant edit access to support-share@figma.com. (Rest assured, granting this access will not impact your billing.)

This will help our team reproduce and investigate the problem more effectively.
