Good afternoon, I'm trying to export a file. I’ve been trying to over a month now. I’ve reached out for a tech call and still I didn't get an answer. Hoping I'm able to reach someone regarding about this problem.

Our support team replied to your first email about not being able to print out a document on March 18th on ticket #1799114. Did you not receive it? Can you try checking your spam/junk folder just incase it landed there by mistake?

Can you also please grant view access to the impacted file by sharing it with support-share@figma.com. This will not impact your billing and will allow our Support and Engineering teams to reproduce the issue and investigate further. You can find more information on how to share a file in this Help Center article.

That said, we’ve also received your most recent email from today on ticket #1821400. Someone from support should get in touch again soon, but please do let us know if you continue to not receive our emails.

Hello, I never received anything on the 18th of March. I would greatly appreciate it if you could go on a tech call with me. I've tried to go through Figma support to guide me through to export the file, and it wouldn't work whatsoever. I used ChatGPT, still nothing.
