Expired educator account

I understand you’re having trouble getting verified your account for Figma for Education.

I checked on our end and can see that you were previously verified as a K–12 educator. To confirm, are you trying to re-verify as a K–12 educator for individual use?

If so, please make sure you’re following these steps exactly:

1. Log in to Figma using the school-issued email address you want to verify (non-school emails will be automatically rejected).
2. Visit the Education status application page: https://www.figma.com/education/apply
3. Select High school as the type of institution.
4. Agree to the terms of service.
5. Select Educator (or Student / Administrator, if applicable).
6. Complete the remaining questions and click Submit.

I also checked your previous support ticket(#1577784), and our education team doesn’t see any past verification attempts coming from your school email address.

Please double-check that you’re logged in with the correct school email and try submitting the application again using the steps above.

If you’re still having trouble after logging in with your school email and would like our education team to review your high school domain, please complete the High School domain review form.

I am an elementary teacher, not high school and I am using my school email address.  It is the same email address I have been using for a year with Figma.  @ebrschools.org is our domain name.  I work for East Baton Rouge Parish in Baton Rouge, LA and I have not attempted to use any other email address.

For clarification, the application process for K-12 educators is outlined in the  “K-12” of “2. Verify your education status” section of the Figma for Education guide.
It states:

K-12 educators for individual use: Apply directly at figma.com/education/apply with your school-issued email address. Select High school for institution type.

I understand your confusion here, but could you please try the verification process again by following the steps in the guide above?

If you’re still unable to complete the verification after following this process, please consider submitting the School Domain Requests form mentioned earlier so our team can review your school domain.
