My educator account expired in September. I have filled out the form 4 times in an attempt to get it reinstated. I have also contacted support prior to this. It has not yet been resolved. How do I go about getting access to my account again? If I am filling out the form incorrectly, could you advise me of the issue so that I may correct it?
