I accidentally clicked the purchase button in the Figma app. I have never used any paid features, so I would appreciate it if you could consider a refund. The email address registered with Figma is the same as my current email address. [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]

I understand that you accidentally subscribed to a paid plan and are requesting a refund.

 

I can see that you’ve already submitted a support ticket (#1696861) regarding this, and one of our specialists will follow up with you directly via the ticket email once they’re ready.

For security and privacy reasons, we’re not able to assist with billing inquiries directly here in the forum.

 

Just so you know, when you upgrade a team to the Professional plan, your subscription cost is calculated based on the number of seats in the plan. After agreeing to Figma’s Terms of Service and clicking Complete purchase, your credit card is charged and your account is updated immediately.
