Error when launching Design.

When starting design, it loads, after which it returns the error 'Something went wrong Our team is looking into it now. If refreshing the page doesn't work, check our status page for updates.'

I understand you're running into an issue opening the Figma desktop app on Windows. I've checked our Figma status page and didn't see any incidents reported around the time you posted.

  • Are you able to use Figma in your browser? We support Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
  • Is this happening with all your files, or just one specific file?
  • If it's just one file, please try the troubleshooting steps on this page to see if that resolves the issue? Error 404 when loading Figma files

moreover, everything is working fine on version 125.0.7, maybe it's because I downloaded it from a non-official website now.
