There was a repository in GitHub created by Figma. I deleted it and disconnected the connection between them.
When I try to reconnect GitHub and Figma, I get the following error

Error: XHR for "/api/integrations/github-app/plans/team/1566401966601697033/github-installations/admin/repository" failed with status 500

Hi there,

Thanks for flagging this!

I noticed that you’ve already submitted a support ticket(#1589026) with more details about this (thank you!), and it looks like the issue is related to the GitHub and Figma Make integration.

You’ve already received a response from our Technical Quality team, but I wanted to share their comment here in case other community members encounter the same issue.

According to our engineering team’s investigation, this 500 error may occur when a previously connected GitHub repository has been deleted or when the GitHub account connected to your Figma organization has changed.

To resolve this, the engineers have released a new option to “Disconnect” a repository from a Figma Make file’s integration settings.

Please try the following steps:

  1. Fully close and reopen Figma.

  2. Open your Figma Make file.

  3. Open the Make settings.

  4. Click “GitHub” under Integrations.

  5. Select “Disconnect” for your connected repository.

  6. Try connecting a repository and using the integration again.

Thanks!
