
I am absolutely outraged at how ridiculously incompetent and slow this entire process has been.
This is my FIFTH request about a critical file that vanished when a team was deleted. I have spoon-fed you every single detail:
File is NOT in Trash.
Used the “Created by: anyone” filter — NOTHING.
The file contains urgent internship work — deadlines are being destroyed because of YOUR delays.
And yet, every single time, you close my ticket as “Solved” without lifting a finger to actually solve anything. Do you seriously think ticking a box ends the problem?
This is pathetic support — and I’m done being patient. I want this escalated immediately to someone with the capability and authority to actually recover data.
You will:
1. Recover my deleted team OR
2. Restore the file to my account (aryanshinde1121q@gmail.com)
I am holding you fully accountable for the damage this delay is causing. If this is not resolved TODAY, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter beyond your support desk and make this mishandling public.
This is the LAST time I’m asking nicely — FIX IT.
