Endless loading

Hello everyone!

I’m facing a problem with the endless loading of projects in the desktop version of Figma on macOS 27. There are no errors; other projects were opening for a while, except for one project, but now everything has stopped working altogether. Everything opens fine in the browser. There were no prerequisites for this, and I can’t figure out what caused everything to break. I cleared the cache, rebooted, and didn’t use a VPN. Also, I don’t understand why the desktop version isn’t working. Has anyone encountered this?

Hi, ​@Anton35 - thanks for your post and for including the screenshot and additional info. Looks like you’ve done a lot to troubleshoot this for yourself already; those are good options to try.

 

I did a quick search on our end and found a ticket you submitted regarding this, and it looks like our Technical Quality team already responded. Can you check for the reply in your email? Let me know if you don’t see it!
