I'm going to proceed with Figma student authentication by school mail, but when I exceeded the number of mail authentication about 3 times, the Verification Limit Exceed message appears and the authentication is limited. It's a serious situation where all the developers of our team can't develop due to the sudden cutoff of student authentication, so please exceed the number of certifications as soon as possible. Once you’ve hit your verification limit, contact the SheerID support team to reset your limit and continue working on your verification. I do understand that this may be frustrating, but unfortunately, I do not have the ability to escalate these inquiries with SheerID. I can’t guarantee a specific time you will receive a response.
