My previous account registered with [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] has been deactivated by my organization, and I can no longer access that email address or log in to Figma.

I need to transfer all ownership, files, and projects from that old account [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] to my new Figma account: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information].

This is an extremely urgent matter as I need to resume my work immediately. Could you please assist with this transfer? Please let me know if you need any proof of identity and when I can expect this to be resolved.
